You are being interviewed because the interviewer believes you may have the skills and attitude to fit into their organisation. During the interview, they will be evaluating you on your qualifications, skills and personal qualities and will probably probe deeply to determine your attitudes, stability, motivation and maturity. Remember to take with you any other supporting documentation such as references and certificates not already provided.
