The assignment fee we charge on any given recruitment project is for the overall service provided, and, for the work performed on your behalf.
Assignment fees are calculated as a percentage of the position’s first year’s gross salary package inclusive of superannuation and benefits.
Where benefits are part of a salary package, the benefits will be given a value at either the time of receiving the recruitment brief from you, or the successful candidates acceptance of the job offer made in writing.
All positions incur an advertising charge on a per job basis. This will be discussed and agreed at the time of receiving the recruitment brief from you.
A 10% GST is applicable to all fees.
