Fees, Charges & Invoicing
- The assignment fee we charge on any given recruitment project is for the overall service provided, and, for the work performed on your behalf.
- Assignment fees are calculated as a percentage of the position’s first year’s gross salary package inclusive of superannuation and benefits.
- Where benefits are part of a salary package, the benefits will be given a value at either the time of receiving the recruitment brief from you, or the successful candidates acceptance of the job offer made in writing.
- All positions incur an advertising charge on a per job basis. This will be discussed and agreed at the time of receiving the recruitment brief from you.
- A 10% GST is applicable to all fees.
