About the Role:
This role will see the successful candidate working as part of a small team alongside the owners and key decision makers of a successful creative advertising agency specialist who provides their service to the five star commercial world of the Perth and Western Australia market. The business is well established and has built its solid reputation over the past 10 years.
The successful candidate will need to have a hands on approach to their work and be across all facets of the business. No task is too small or too large which will provide fabulous variety and the sense of really being part of the overall success of the business. Some of the Main tasks involve:
- Preparation of Monthly Financial Reports
- Invoicing, Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Monthly payroll of 8 staff
- Job Coasting Control
- Statutory Reporting such as BAS, PAYG and Super etc
- Budgeting and Forecasts
The Skills and Experience Required:
- Degree qualified
- Hands on approach
- High attention to detail
- 3+ years experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Good time management skills
