About The Client:
Our client is a small but successful supplier of Educational Materials. They are seeking a flexible, can do, all-rounder with plenty of drive and initiative to work in their North Fremantle/Mosman Park office part time.
About The Role:
Preparation of general accounts, monitoring inventory and stock levels, producing monthly reports using MYOB and excel spreadsheets, liaising with suppliers.
This role has a truly varied and interesting range of admin tasks.
The Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong all-round accounts and administration experience
- Experience with preparation of BAS Statements and Financial Year Documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the MS Office Suite and intermediate experience with MYOB
- Attention to detail is a must
- Free parking
- School hours - 9am to 3pm (30 hours per week)
