About The Role:
To support and assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in day to day sales and client liaison.
To provide and assist with administration of general sales, processing of orders, stock receiving and despatch of goods.
This is a challenging role and a key position that will suit an excellent communicator who is a confident self starter and who can work both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, high organisation skills, be self motivated and excited to join this highly successful commercially focused oceanography company. If you are working towards a diploma in marketing or administration this would be held with high regard.
The skills and experience required are:
- Support of the Sales Manager and his team
- Possess intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential
- Accurate Data Entry skills with attention to detail
- Able to show initiative and work to deadlines
- Be proactive and flexible towards your tasks
- Drivers Licence
