About the Role:
Our client is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team in Jandakot.
The role is to provide clerical support to the management structure as well as carry out reception and accounts duties as and when required.
Experience Required:
- Proven history in an administration environment
- General office administration
- Minute taking for management meetings
- Travel and accommodation arrangements
- Update documents and manuals as and when required
- Organise maintenance activities
Skills Required:
- Proactive and self motivated
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Intermediate to advanced MS packages
- Good communication skills
- Friend and outgoing personality
- Team player
