About The Role:
Our clients, one a Mining company and the other Engineering, are looking to fill two positions on Reception. Both positions are based in West Perth, are for a minimum of six months and are due to start in April.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Answer all phone enquiries and direct to the appropriate staff
- Undertake administrative tasks including processing of the main, filling, typing as required.
- Meet and great clients and the public
- Processing banking weekly
- Stationary management
- Coordination of travel
- Meeting room and visitor car park bookings in Outlook
- Managing printer faults and services.
- All Ad hoc administration duties as and when required.
The Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years Reception experience
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Extremely competent in Word and Excel. PowerPoint experience is also desirable.
- High level of organisational skills
- Possess a can do attitude
- Superior attention to detail
