About the Role:
- Manage the reception area
- Answer incoming calls
- Typing of correspondence
- Meet and greet clients
- Organise catering
- Mail distribution
- General Administration support
The Skills and Experience Required:
- Be proactive and have initiative
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and to prioritise work
- Commitment to customer service delivery
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
- Great attention to detail
The ideal applicant will have the following:
- Minimum 3 years experience in an office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administration background
- Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite
