About the Role:

  • Manage the reception area
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Typing of correspondence
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Organise catering
  • Mail distribution
  • General Administration support


The Skills and Experience Required:

  • Be proactive and have initiative
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to prioritise work
  • Commitment to customer service delivery
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Great attention to detail


The ideal applicant will have the following:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in an office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administration background
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite
