About the Client:
Our client is a commercial fit out and building company located in South Perth. The company has a boutique range of clients working within the Civil and Construction industry. Due to an increase in workload, they are now seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join their team.
About the Role:
Working autonomously, you will specialise in high end commercial fit outs and develop sound relationships with new and existing clients.
The Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in high end commercial fit outs
- Currently working in the Construction industry
- Minimum 4 years Supervisor experience in WA
- A Trade Qualification
- Sound understanding of all Construction trades
- Attention to detail and high personal standards
- Estimating experience
- The ability to manage a budget
- Supervision of multiple sites
- Work as part of a team
- Excellent OH&S, Q.A. and Sub-Contracts Management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills
