About The Role:
Our client is a global organisation who is a leading provider of on-site service solutions. They are currently supporting a wide range of industries within this field such as remote mining sites, corporations, aged care and defence bases. They believe that delivering high quality, daily life solutions help improve performance and development.
They are currently looking to recruit an L&D Specialist to join their Balcatta based team. The objective of this role will be to plan, organise and deliver a range of Learning and Development activities.
Duties required but not restricted to:
- Deliver in-house training courses both in corporate offices and onsite
- Support the delivery of performance reviews
- Contribute to the maintenance of training records and management reporting on L&D activities
- Work with site management to progress training plans for new employees
- Assist with the coordination of external training courses
- Contribute to the development of external training solutions
Skills and experience required but not restricted to:
- Minimum of 5 years experience within the hospitality or service industry
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Proven experience in delivering effective training in L&D activities
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge skills and experience in time management, project management in a process environment
- Ability to successfully influence others to positively adopt new approaches and behaviours
