How much does it cost to recruit a candidate through Wood Recruitment?
Costs are fairly standardised across the industry with a rate applied against your new recruits first year annualised salary package. This rate is normally between 10% to 15% depending on market sector and salary range.
Does Wood Recruitment conduct pre-employment screening?
Pre-employment screening of candidates is a normal process of our recruitment process. Depending on the type of role being recruited, screening typically includes face to face interviewing, referencing checks, qualification verification, computerised testing of software and medicals / physicals.
Does Wood Recruitment offer an RPO solution?
