Our client is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team. This role is crucial in supporting the financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency in the billing processes.
What you'll be doing:
- Reviewing and rectifying invoices and billing discrepancies
- Conducting reconciliations
- Communicating effectively to address any billing issues and clarifications
- Updating and maintaining financial records
What you'll need:
- Experience in Genie software (essential)
- Previous experience in Accounts
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
