Administration Assistant

Our client is a successful Electrical Engineering company looking for a Administration Assistant.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Raise and issue purchase orders to suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Production administration and planning assistance
  • Submit Maintenance status reports to clients, both internal & external
  • Assisting Service Coordinator with liaising with service technicians and customers to ensure that appointment times are scheduled
  • Assisting Supervisors with general administrative tasks
  • General Office administration duties, e.g. filing, scanning & data entry

What you’ll need:

  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise in a dynamic or fast paced environment
  • Be self-motivated and a problem solver
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Previous scheduling experience
  • Greentree accounting package
  • A solid understanding of the Electrical industry
