Administration Assistant
Our client is a successful Electrical Engineering company looking for a Administration Assistant.
What you’ll be doing:
- Raise and issue purchase orders to suppliers and sub-contractors
- Production administration and planning assistance
- Submit Maintenance status reports to clients, both internal & external
- Assisting Service Coordinator with liaising with service technicians and customers to ensure that appointment times are scheduled
- Assisting Supervisors with general administrative tasks
- General Office administration duties, e.g. filing, scanning & data entry
What you’ll need:
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise in a dynamic or fast paced environment
- Be self-motivated and a problem solver
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook essential)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Previous scheduling experience
- Greentree accounting package
- A solid understanding of the Electrical industry
