Administration Support

Our client specialises in commercial kitchen and bar fit outs across the Perth metro area. Located in Osborne Park our client is seeking a bright, enthusiastic Admin Support to join their well-established business immediately. This is for an 8-month long temporary position.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide support to Administration and HR Manager
  • Provide a consistent experience to all stakeholders efficiently while maintaining enthusiasm and passion
  • Provide exceptional customer service and conflict resolution
  • Co-ordination of Property Maintenance
  • Providing back up to Receptionist
  • Develop positive relationships with regular clients and suppliers that come into the showroom

What you’ll need:

  • Possess excellent time management, multi-tasking and organisation skills
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Be customer service focused
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Be keen and willing to learn new skills
