Our Client:

Our client is a leader in the Australian engineering industry, providing solutions to common on-site problems that aims to increase safety and site output. Exporting materials internationally, our client maintains high standards whilst optimising time and costs as well as educing environmental impact. They are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their sales team in Malaga to help in their goal to strive towards product innovation and development in the industry.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide administrative duties for Managers and staff as required
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date filing of all correspondence
  • Scheduling advertising, appointments, meetings for Sales team and Branch Manager
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for Quality Assurance, Staff, Manufacturing, Administration and other meetings 
  • Maintain Training registers and staff competency job sheets

What you’ll need:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Mining equipment and technology services sales
  • Previous administrative/secretarial experience
  • Solid Communication, organisational and problem solving skills
  • Manual Handling up to 20kg
