What you'll be doing:

  • Manage student records, enrolments, and course information
  • Issue qualifications and Statements of Attainment to learners
  • Ensure accuracy and documentation to support compliance requirement
  • Communicate with stakeholders via email, phone, and in person
  • Conduct data entry and manage Student Management and Learning Management Systems

What you'll need:

  • At least 2-3 years working within an RTO, including AVETMISS reporting
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and familiar with Moodle (LMS) and PowerPro (SMS)
