Administrator & Office Support

Our client is a South of the River based, glass manufacturing business with varied project interests. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Support and Administrator to join their small friendly team. This is an ideal role for a bright, highly organised and motivated person looking to secure an administrative position. This is a professional environment and requires someone with excellent communication and presentation skills. This is a 5 day a week, 30 hour part time role.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Data entry
  • Welcoming visitors and handling reception duties
  • Assisting with purchase orders
  • Client relationship management
  • Assisting the Production team with planning and scheduling 
  • Liaising with Suppliers to ensure orders are delivered on time

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience with XERO
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good written & oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
