Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Account Manager to join their Osborne Park office. This is a full-time position that will provide excellent career development opportunities and training to allow the successful candidate to progress with their career in the insurance industry.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide brokerage services to Account Managers
- Liaise with clients and provide support as needed
- Document control and management
- Ensure policies are maintained
- Respond to enquires and action items as required
- Send reminders and follow up on policy renewals
What you’ll need:
- Minimum ANZIIF Tier 1 compliance
- 2 years’ experience in insurance
- Knowledgeable with all classes of insurance
- Solid verbal and written communication
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks
