Assistant Account Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Account Manager to join their Osborne Park office. This is a full-time position that will provide excellent career development opportunities and training to allow the successful candidate to progress with their career in the insurance industry.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide brokerage services to Account Managers
  • Liaise with clients and provide support as needed
  • Document control and management
  • Ensure policies are maintained
  • Respond to enquires and action items as required
  • Send reminders and follow up on policy renewals

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum ANZIIF Tier 1 compliance
  • 2 years’ experience in insurance
  • Knowledgeable with all classes of insurance
  • Solid verbal and written communication 
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks
