Audio Visual Project Manager
- Our client is a progressive thinking organisation and one of the most respected market leaders due to their professionalism and drive in the marketplace. They now require a Project Manager to join their team who can manage the delivery of projects and be able to work autonomously. You will need to be motivated and reliable to join their friendly operations team in Balcatta where your days will be filled with variety.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure that Projects have been clearly scoped by the sales representative.
- Liaise with sales team members as required to understand client requirements.
- Allocate resources including Engineers, Programmers and Installation teams
- Ensure the team clearly understands the requirements for a successful project delivery.
- Attend kick-off meetings and manage customer relations
- Conduct regular site inspections, respond to issues and check on progress of projects
- Respond to issues and ensure projects delivered on time
- Assist with client handover and initial training
- Ensure processes and installation performed within quality & safety guidelines
What you’ll need:
- Experience / exposure in project management
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Technology / Project Management or similar
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- CTS desirable
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Good empathic listener and supportive team member
- Sound AV installation and commissioning experience desirable
