Bookkeeper/Accounts Manager

Our client is an East Perth icon. Having helped thousands of investors over more than 30 years in the ever growing Perth property market this agency has seen it all. Our client is on the lookout for a Bookkeeper/Accounts Manager. Someone to manage the bookkeeping, payroll and lodgement obligations as well as day-to-day trust accounting administration across Sales, Leasing and Strata Management.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Accounts payable/accounts receivable
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Managing cashflow
  • Payroll & Superannuation
  • Preparation of BAS/PAYGW/Payroll Tax/Super Guarantee Contributions
  • End of Month
  • Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly accounts/financial reporting to Licensee
  • Annual Trust Audits
  • Communicate & liaise with external Accountants, Auditors, Insurers and Bank Managers

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 2 years Bookkeeping experience
  • Experience using Xero
  • Previous experience working in a Real Estate agency (highly considered)
