Our client, a premier supplier of industrial products throughout Perth, the Northwest, and across Australia, is on the hunt for a talented Business Administration and Executive Support professional. This role is crucial in driving success and elevating client interactions.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage office operations, including showroom setup, and handling inquiries
- Provide thorough administrative support and oversee record-keeping
- Assist with invoicing, accounts payable, receivables, and inventory management
- Process customer orders, arrange deliveries, and maintain office supplies
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, update product documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders
What you'll need:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills
- High attention to detail with problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Valid Driver’s Licence, reliable vehicle, and authorized to work in Australia
