Business Administration & Executive Support

Our client, a premier supplier of industrial products throughout Perth, the Northwest, and across Australia, is on the hunt for a talented Business Administration and Executive Support professional. This role is crucial in driving success and elevating client interactions.


What you'll be doing:

  • Manage office operations, including showroom setup, and handling inquiries
  • Provide thorough administrative support and oversee record-keeping
  • Assist with invoicing, accounts payable, receivables, and inventory management
  • Process customer orders, arrange deliveries, and maintain office supplies
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, update product documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders

What you'll need:

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail with problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Valid Driver’s Licence, reliable vehicle, and authorized to work in Australia
