50000 - 70000Our client works in unison with the biggest telecommunications companies in Australia. We are looking for people who are passionate about using technology and understand how essential it is to making business more simplified and profitable for our clients.
As a Business Technology Advisor you will be responsible for managing and delighting a portfolio of 350 small to medium business clients in the Bunbury area. You will be their first point of contact for advice, sales, customer service and most importantly insights about how you can help improve their business. Working closely with a Relationship Manager you will form a team to provide end to end management and coverage to your customer base.
What you’ll be doing:
- Follow up on provided leads and enquiries
- On the road visits and keep in touch
- Guide business owners in the tech space
- Make recommendations and solutions
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium business clients in the area
- Negotiate deals for the benefit of both
What you’ll need:
- 2+ Years sales experience in either Telco/IT
- Drivers License and well maintained vehicle
- Solid relationship building & negotiation skills
