Client Service Administrator

Alongside your client service duties, you'll also take on some Personal Assistant responsibilities, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential correspondence. What you’ll be doing:

  • Screen calls as well as book and liaise with clients and third parties
  • Manage Partners diary, travel, accommodation and appointments as needed
  • Maintain contact with clients regarding due dates, information and tax queries
  • Induction of new staff

What you’ll need:

  • 5 years administration experience
  • Bookkeeping experience (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
