Client Services Administrator

Our Client is an established professional Accounting Firm based in West Perth that requires a Client Services Administrator to join their growing team. The main focus of this role is to provide a high level of Administrative support to the team to complete a number of tasks that enable the business to function effectively. This is a permanent full-time position and would suit a highly efficient and organised allrounder who enjoys taking ownership of tasks through to completion. This busy and challenging role requires a self-motivated, proactive and flexible approach, together with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Workflow Planning
  • Advisory Workflow Processes
  • Provide a high level of Administrative support to the Advisory team
  • Provide a high level of service to our clients
  • Preparation of the annual Business Bundle engagements

What you’ll need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in an accounting firm or similar role
  • High level of time management skills 
  • Work well under pressure
  • Able to work autonomously and within the team
