Client Services Officer

Our client is a well-known and successful WA owned and operated Financial advisory firm. Due to internal growth, they are seeking a dedicated full time Client Services Officer for their modern offices in Subiaco. This role is integral to providing exceptional administrative support within the Advisory Team, ensuring smooth business operations. This position works closely with the Advisory Manager and supports all members of the Advisory team as well as the Administration team.


What you'll be doing:

  • Planning and managing workflow
  • Supporting advisory workflow processes
  • Providing high-level administrative support to the Advisory team
  • Delivering excellent service to clients
  • Preparing annual Business Bundle engagements
  • Handling general administrative tasks

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role as a Client Services Officer within an Accounting firm
  • Understanding of PAYG, BAS, Lodgment Program, and APS database
  • Professional and friendly presentation
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
