Commercial Property Manager
- Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled commercial property manager to take charge of a diverse portfolio of high-value commercial assets. What you'll do:
- Manage a portfolio of 80 commercial properties
- Consistently providing exceptional service
- Liaise with owners, tenants, and contractors
- Ensure timely completion of repairs, capital works, and after-hours call-outs
- Work with leasing agents to screen tenants and prepare lease documents
- Attend business meetings and keep track of important property dates
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years property management experience
- knowledge of the local property market
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage challenging personalities
- Real estate license, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle
- Experience with Cirrus8 (desirable)
- Capable of working independently while effectively managing high-pressure situations
- Must possess excellent organisational skills
