Customer Service and Administration Officer

Our client is a leader in the construction industry, manufacturing and installing glass products, doors and security products for residential and commercial builds. Working closely with their customers they design bespoke products to fit the needs and aesthetics of the build. Our client is looking for a Customer Service and Administration Officer to join their Jandakot office.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide quotes to customers for required works in a reasonably timely manner
  • Liaise with employees and customers to ensure on-time scheduling, production, and installation
  • Customer Service response and issue resolution
  • Manages the timing, accuracy, and completion of all invoices
  • Deliver reports and business improvement recommendations

What you’ll need:

  • Prior Experience in Residential Building or Construction
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office suite
  • Current WA Drivers’ Licence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
