Customer Success Officer

Our client is a leading provider of medical technology that is constantly developing new software to help increase health literacy and provide better diagnostic services. They are currently seeking a Temporary Customer Success Officer to assist in the design and implementation of their most recent software at their Subiaco Office. Working alongside the marketing and sales team the successful candidate will help create instructive videos and engage with clients. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work autonomously to produce webinars, how-to articles, and videos
  • Assist new customers to realise the potential of the software 
  • Maximise their usage of it through emails, demonstration calls and webinars/seminars
  • Work collaboratively with the broader marketing team to drive more awareness of the software
  • Optimise the software and customer journey
  • Collect and action customer feedback 

What you’ll need:

  • Well-spoken, professional, and comfortable in front of a video audience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating digital content (how to videos, blogs etc)
  • Run demos and Q&As on the software
  • Prior experience in Marketing 
  • A technical, medical and/or scientific background is desirable
