Event Administrator

Our client is a member-based organisation providing its members with professional services and products as well as industry leadership and advocacy. They require an Event Administrator to join their team in West Perth on a temp basis. This position reports to the Event Manager.


What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting the Event Manager with all areas of event administration, including but not limited to; registration management, RSVP coordination, processing invoices, record keeping logistics, promotion, financial etc.
  • Assisting the Marketing and Sponsorship teams with ad-hoc items as requested.


What you'll need:

Essential: 

  • Events administrative experience.
  • High proficiency for Microsoft products, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum 2-3 years event and administration experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • IT savvy.
  • A self-motivated contributor, who achieves results autonomously or via teamwork. 

Desirable:

  • Events experience.
  • Experience in WordPress, awards software platforms (specifically Award Force).
