Event Administrator
Our client is a member-based organisation providing its members with professional services and products as well as industry leadership and advocacy. They require an Event Administrator to join their team in West Perth on a temp basis. This position reports to the Event Manager.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting the Event Manager with all areas of event administration, including but not limited to; registration management, RSVP coordination, processing invoices, record keeping logistics, promotion, financial etc.
- Assisting the Marketing and Sponsorship teams with ad-hoc items as requested.
What you'll need:
Essential:
- Events administrative experience.
- High proficiency for Microsoft products, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Minimum 2-3 years event and administration experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- IT savvy.
- A self-motivated contributor, who achieves results autonomously or via teamwork.
Desirable:
- Events experience.
- Experience in WordPress, awards software platforms (specifically Award Force).
