Finance Officer

Our client is a well-established high profile leading Not-for-Profit Aged Care & Retirement Living provider who has delivered quality services throughout Western Australian to their clientele. They have been driven by a commitment to deliver quality aged care that is accessible to everyone, no matter their background or circumstances. This is a position taking over from an existing person leaving due to unforeseen circumstances - the role is left squeaky clean, well-organised and in great state to take over.


Reporting to the Financial Accountant, your role will be both broad and varied and include the following:

  • Look after all aspects from creation to cessation of resident contracts
  • Prepare financial information for the residents
  • Maintain the compliance documentation
  • Control the Fee Register for accommodations
  • Support other facilities generally as required

The successful candidate will possess the following competencies and experience:

  • Previous experience in the Aged Care and Retirement Village sector is desirable.
  • Knowledge of government accommodation contract regulations
  • Experience with resident management and billing system
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Great customer service skills
  • Current National Police Clearance less than 3 months
  • Immunisation records - Flu and Covid 19
