HR Advisor
We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our client's team based in Victoria Park. You will play a crucial role in various HR functions including employee documentation, recruitment, onboarding and compliance.
What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for employee documentation and processing
- Maintain and update employee files
- Maintain HR records and procedures for compliance
- Manage end to end recruitment
- Onboarding of all new staff and exits
What you’ll need:
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Good time management
- Current national police clearance
- Payroll experience (desirable)
