HR & Office Manager

Situated in Jolimont in a beautifully re-vamped office, we are seeking a skilled HR & Office Manager with impeccable time-management skills to look after the corporate facets of the business mainly focusing on HR, administration, accounts, IT, office maintenance and OHS activities and tasks.


What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and lead the Operations team to ensure all business functions run smoothly
  • Champion a culture within the team that promotes strong collaboration and a supportive environment
  • Collaborate with the Directors to ensure initiatives aligned with organisational goals
  • Oversee the project flow process including project billing, resourcing and scheduling
  • Liaise with the finance function to ensure timely delivery of finance tasks
  • Identify, develop, review and improve administrative and project systems, policies and procedures
  • Manage the generalist HR functions of the business with third party support
  • Manage best practices, FairWork, award and COVID-19 Updates

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a timely manner
  • Be able to adapt to any situation as it eventuates
  • Passion for making positive change in community spaces and for local businesses
  • Solutions focused when tackling problems head on
  • The capability to read people and the room to effectively communicate
  • Entry level computer skills to do basic troubleshooting
