Insolvency Accountant
60000 - 80000Our client is a local well established boutique insolvency practice, based in the Western CBD. They specialise in offering restructuring and turnaround services to SME businesses. The team is a small close-knit operation with one partner and 4 staff and therefore cultural fit is important. Insolvency is obviously stressful for the clients and the right approach and good understanding of customer service is required.
What you'll be doing:
The position will involve working on a large portfolio of corporate clients in WA. The main proportion of the work will be in voluntary administrations and investigations, trade-on's and a few court liquidations from time to time.
What you'll need:
- Degree qualified
- Ideally studying CA or CPA
- Ideally 1 year insolvency experience in an accounting firm
- Australia permanent resident or citizen
