Internal Recruiter
- An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and experienced Recruiter to work for a not for profit organization. This role is a 6-month full-time contract and requires someone to be available to start immediately.
What you’ll be doing (not limited to):
- Recruiting Assistant Educators, Qualified Educators and Allied Health Professionals
- Advertising staff vacancies
- Screening candidates
- Face to Face interviewing of candidates
- Reference checking
- Negotiating salaries and start dates
- Development and implementation of recruitment strategies
- Induction and orientation of new employees
- Assisting in developing policies
- Respond to questions of prospective candidates
What you’ll need:
- Previous recent working experience in a similar role
- Understanding of workplace health and safety
- You must provide a current police clearance certificate (not older than 6 months)
- Candidate must be fully vaccinated against COVID19
- Must be available to start immediately
