Office Manager

Our client is a large international engineering and coastal protection company. They are looking for an Office Manager to join their West Perth Office on a full time basis. 


What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring that the office runs smoothly, proactively takes care of all office challenges
  • Organising and keeping track of travel and accommodation requirements
  • Provide assistance to Admin and Finance teams as needed
  • Organising IT and telecon equipment for all staff
  • Taking minutes of internal meetings

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in office management 
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite 
  • SharePoint experience is desirable
  • Critical thinker who uses initiative
