Office Manager
Our client is a large international engineering and coastal protection company. They are looking for an Office Manager to join their West Perth Office on a full time basis.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring that the office runs smoothly, proactively takes care of all office challenges
- Organising and keeping track of travel and accommodation requirements
- Provide assistance to Admin and Finance teams as needed
- Organising IT and telecon equipment for all staff
- Taking minutes of internal meetings
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in office management
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
- SharePoint experience is desirable
- Critical thinker who uses initiative
