Operations Assistant

Our client is a small boutique insurance provider that work with both brokers and clients direct to deliver protection that is tailored to the individual needs to ensure their protection. They are seeking a high-energy, motivated and wanting to learn candidate that is skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite and in general is computer savvy.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Management of system and process updates to streamline and improve customer service
  • Recording, reporting and maintaining sensitive data by running macros, queries and creating pivot tables
  • Communicating with management and third-party developers
  • Scheduling renewals and solving customer queries
  • Building rapport with internal and external stakeholders of all levels

What you’ll need:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Solid Interpersonal Skills
  • High degree of written and verbal communication
  • Willing to learn
  • Collaborative attitude
