Procura Systems Administrator

Our client is a well-established NFP organisation based in the Perth Inner Western Suburbs and has the immediate requirement for a Procura Systems Administrator. This Permanent full-time position presents a unique opportunity for someone to join their team who shares their passion of making a difference to the lives of others.


This role is perfect for an experience scheduler/rostering officer with a passion for the back end of the system and interrogating data. The position is primarily responsible for ensuring the Procura software is well maintained. This role will also provide technical support to Procura users within the organisation and will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of reports, systems testing and upgrades.


What you’ll be doing:


·        Maintenance of Procura User Access including groups and accounts

·        Program management

·        Scheduling management

·        System configuration for new or changed service programs

·        Staff management

·        Document design and management

·        Maintenance of configuration change log

·        Finance, payroll and accounting process

·        Liaison with IT Manager and other on matters relating to system and data redundancy, validation and potential systems, changes and/or improvements

·        Other ad-hoc administrative duties


What you’ll need:


·        Demonstrated experience working within the Procura client services database

·        Minimum two years' experience in a similar role within an office-based environment.

·        Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of service programs particularly NDIS.

·        Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of scheduling and rostering practices within a community services/allied health environment.

·        High standard of verbal and written communication skills

·        Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive professional relationships.

·        Demonstrated computing skills proficiency and the ability to interrogate data.

·        Scheduling / Rostering experience desirable

·        Positive work commitment, honesty and integrity

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Current driver’s license and current national police clearance
