Project Administrator

Our client is a successful Electrical Engineering company and is looking for a Project Administrator on a temporary basis.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide administration support to the working project team
  • Co-ordinate and execute end to end mobilisation/ on boarding of company staff and visitors to in response to ongoing company/site recruitment needs
  • Prepare detailed reports, generate invoices and collate data for delivery to the client and sub-contractors
  • Assist in accounts processing, liaise with suppliers, prepare purchase orders, process delivery dockets and invoices and handle any invoice issues
  • Perform data entry, recording and filing
  • Ad hoc Document Control
  • Monitor, order and issue of PPE as required for all site personnel
  • Order Office Stationary and supplies
  • Timesheets for sign off, compiling into order sending to payroll and filing
  • Ad hoc duties supporting the Project Contractor and Project Manager

What you’ll need:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Mobilisation experience 
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office
  • Sound organizational skills and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proactive and efficient
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Greentree ERP software experience desirable
