Project Administrator
Our client is a successful Electrical Engineering company and is looking for a Project Administrator on a temporary basis.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide administration support to the working project team
- Co-ordinate and execute end to end mobilisation/ on boarding of company staff and visitors to in response to ongoing company/site recruitment needs
- Prepare detailed reports, generate invoices and collate data for delivery to the client and sub-contractors
- Assist in accounts processing, liaise with suppliers, prepare purchase orders, process delivery dockets and invoices and handle any invoice issues
- Perform data entry, recording and filing
- Ad hoc Document Control
- Monitor, order and issue of PPE as required for all site personnel
- Order Office Stationary and supplies
- Timesheets for sign off, compiling into order sending to payroll and filing
- Ad hoc duties supporting the Project Contractor and Project Manager
What you’ll need:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Mobilisation experience
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office
- Sound organizational skills and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proactive and efficient
- Ability to multi-task
- Greentree ERP software experience desirable
