What you’ll be doing:

  • Respond, qualify, and redirect incoming calls
  • Meet and greet office visitors and clients in a polite and professional manner
  • Filing, collating, photocopying, binding etc of documents
  • Weekly audits of key register
  • Setting up new contractors in Cirrus8

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 1 year of Reception/Administration in a corporate setting
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A high standard of personal presentation
