Real Estate Receptionist & Sales Admin Support - Wembley

We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Support professional to join our client a respected real estate firm, specializing in commercial and industrial properties. Based in Wembley, this role is perfect for someone who excels in providing top-notch front desk service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. What you'll be doing:

  • Perform and order Company searches and Landgate orders as requested
  • Manage incoming calls and general reception duties
  • Support office with general I.T. requirements
  • Provide support to the sales team when required
  • Provide support in preparation of contract documentation
  • Offers to lease, listing authorities, settlement letters
  • Assist in updating CRM database
  • Bank Guarantee management
  • Maintain key register and manage incoming/ outgoing property keys
  • General administrative duties: minute taking, reporting, filing, scanning
  • Assisting with staff meetings & events (when required)
  • Printing of brochures / IM’s or general documentation for agents when required
  • Completing sold/leased documents /forms to distribute to marketing
  • Property research for background information for IM’s

What you'll need:

  • Experience working in a Real Estate Agency (highly considered)
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Experience with CRM, DocuSign, Adobe, Microsoft suite (highly considered)
