What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide administrative support to sales agents and property managers
  • Prepare and process property listings and sales documentation
  • Manage databases, CRM systems, and maintain property files
  • Prepare marketing materials and advertising campaigns for property listings
  • Assist with contracts, agreements, and compliance paperwork

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 2 years Real Estate Sales Administration experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized and an eye for detail
