Receptionist
Our client specialises in commercial kitchen and bar fit outs across the Perth metro area. Located in Osborne Park our client is seeking a bright, enthusiastic Receptionist to join their well-established business immediately.
What you’ll be doing:
- First point of contact for clients – Answering and transferring calls, meeting and greeting clients and walk-ins
- Mail, banking, invoicing, data entry and general administration
- Replenish stationary and kitchen supplies
- Provide support to the different departments
- Assist Administration Manager when required
What you’ll need:
- Possess excellent time management, multi-tasking and organisation skills
- Have high attention to detail
- Be customer service focused
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
- Be keen and willing to learn new skills
