70000 - 90000Our client is an international customer experience organisation that designs and implements tailored solutions for customer management, consulting and intelligent automation business. They are currently seeking a focused, ambitious, motivated individual who has the drive and wants to join a successful team in West Perth doing pure recruitment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Take the lead and oversee our end-to-end recruitment across dedicated campaign(s)
- Point of contact across the recruitment process for all team members
- Offers clear direction to hiring managers across the recruitment process, ensures a consistent, fair and defensible process.
- Identify, design and deploy recruitment practices and strategies to the needs of the organisation and specific campaigns.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in a high-volume, end-to-end recruitment team
- Experience working directly with clients, key stakeholders, and senior management
- Experience with an applicant tracking system - desirable
- Ability to build relationships & work collaboratively colleagues and candidates
- Ability to work autonomously
