We are looking for people who are passionate about using technology and understand how essential it is to making business more simplified and profitable for our clients.
As a Relationship Manager you will be responsible for managing and delighting a portfolio of 500 small to medium business clients in the Perth Metro area. You will be their first point of contact for advice, sales, customer service and most importantly insights about how you can help improve their business. Working closely with a Business Technology Advisor you will form a team to provide end to end management and coverage to your customer base.
What you’ll be doing:
- Contacting new & existing customers
- Account management & solution selling to existing leads
- Grow and maintain a portfolio
- Drive tech and software sales to small-medium businesses
- Provide a high standard of customer service
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years experience in telecommunication sales
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Experience solution selling over the phone (preferable)
- Prior experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
