What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage a team of bookkeepers
- Manage client relationships and services
- Generate and convert leads to grow the bookkeeping business
- Oversee all bookkeeping elements to ensure timeliness and quality of delivery
What you’ll need:
- 5+ Years Bookkeeping experience
- Cert IV Bookkeeping qualification
- Experience with Xero and MYOB (Highly considered)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
