Senior Marketing Officer

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded NFP organisation based in the Perth Inner Western Suburbs and has the immediate requirement for a Senior Marketing Officer. This full-time permanent position presents a unique opportunity for someone to join them who shares their passion for this work. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Officer is responsible for the implementation of marketing and communication plans to drive revenue growth and brand awareness for the organisation. The successful application will have demonstrated marketing skills and the ability to manage, coordinate, research, edit and prepare marketing plans.


 What you’ll be doing:

  • The role has a focus on developing and implementing the marketing plans in line with brand objectives
  • Responsible for the quality, timely and efficient delivery of the Marketing team services to all internal and external customers and the promotion of team culture driven by excellence
  • Responsible for maintaining consistency and alignment of all marketing activities across all channels with the overall direction of the endorsed brand architecture and style guides
  • Collaborates and consults with cross functional internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Create copy for communications

What you’ll need:

  • Working knowledge and experience with HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite and other design software (Canva, Mail Chimp)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing department, design/ad agency, or digital agency
  • Marketing Degree or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Proven experience in successfully implementing brand and/or marketing campaigns across a range of communication channels
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, measuring and interpreting brand and marketing metrics
  • Experience in event planning and management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and manage relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to confidently present messages in a clear, concise and articulate manner and work collaboratively across teams and with relevant stakeholder
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Works calmly under pressure and has ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
