What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Providing outstanding service to both property owners and tenants
- Conduct detailed property inspections
- Adhere to compliance with regulations and identify maintenance needs
- Handle tenant inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining positive tenant relations
- Oversee and coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Provide timely and cost-effective solutions
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of 5 years of Property Management experience
- Current property management registration in compliance with local regulations
- Exceptional customer service with strong communication skills
- Ambition and drive for success coupled with a customer-centric mindset
- Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
