What you'll be doing:
- Attending to new enquiries & sign-up new owners
- Correspondence with owners and tenants
- Maintain service level agreement of same day response
- Weekly landlord updates
- Book, monitor and complete maintenance work orders & invoicing
- Update management authorities
- Approve applications
- Rent reviews
- Maintain arrears
- End of month procedures
- General banking & filing
- Maintain key registry
- Maintain bond administration
What you'll need:
- 4+ years of Property Management experience
- A reliable & presentable working vehicle
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
