Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Service Coordinator for our client based in Osborne Park.


What you'll be doing:

  • Monitor and coordinate technician schedules
  • Assist with contract renewals 
  • Prepare and maintain service reports, customer records and other administrative documentations 
  • Manage all service calls in a timely and accurate manner 
  • Excellent customer service 

What you’ll need:

  • A passion for customer service 
  • Coordinator experience 
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ability to work in a fact paced team environment 
  • Analytical and able to problem solve
  • Experience in Agility or similar ERP system
