Service Coordinator
We are looking for a Service Coordinator for our client based in Osborne Park.
What you'll be doing:
- Monitor and coordinate technician schedules
- Assist with contract renewals
- Prepare and maintain service reports, customer records and other administrative documentations
- Manage all service calls in a timely and accurate manner
- Excellent customer service
What you’ll need:
- A passion for customer service
- Coordinator experience
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to work in a fact paced team environment
- Analytical and able to problem solve
- Experience in Agility or similar ERP system
